Right of withdrawal

For consumers purchasing at a distance where French consumer law applies, the statutory withdrawal period is generally 14 days from receipt of the goods, subject to legal exceptions. You do not generally need to provide a reason for exercising this right.

How to request a return

Send your withdrawal or return request to funfactoryia1@gmail.com. We will provide the applicable return instructions and return address after reviewing the request.

Do not send a product to the business address shown on the Legal Information page unless we specifically instruct you to do so.

Refunds

Where a refund is due, it will generally be made using the original payment method and within the period required by applicable law. Where permitted, the refund may be withheld until the goods are received back or proof of shipment is provided.

Legal guarantees

Mandatory legal guarantees, including the legal guarantee of conformity where applicable, remain fully unaffected by this policy.
